Blessed be my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
Forever He Reigns
Whipped and struck on Calvary
My sins He bore
Mocked by soldiers,
And hated without a cause.
Daily shall I take up my cross
And follow the Son of man
Lead out Your sheep, oh Lord, 
For we have gone astray
Your counsel will stand
And none of Your children will be left behind

My Dear Father, 
Thank You for being my light and salvation. 
For my soul was dark and wretched
The clouds have thus departed
Your heavenly light effulging from above the earth. 
I look to you in faith with glee and promise
And my soul is anchored by hope
Blessed be my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
Jehovah-shalom
In whom I shall abide, eternally. 
May I be a doer of His word
Keeping incessant communion
Running with patience the race set before me
Void of boasting,
But to the glory of the King.

By grace alone
Solo gratia
Before we knew Him
Our Lord foreknew us
Take my word not, 
For the Bible says so
Neither my works nor yours
Is the reason for salvation
For it is freely gifted to His sheep
Bought by the blood of our Savior
What deeds of ours can usurp
The crucifixion of the Son of man
The price has been paid
"It is finished" 
Cried our Lord
In victory He rose again
Blessed be our Master
Oh, His kingdom come

My Dear Father,
I say that I love Your word and lie.
Cheat and steal, I do too.
I curse you like Job’s wife.
My flesh corrupts itself daily.

I am obsessed with myself.
Flattery is my driving force
Disguised in humility.
Blessed are the poor in spirit
But rich I am in earthly desires.

If God is with me
Why am I against Him? 
Am I part of the Lord's flock
Does His light shine upon me
Or is it dim
Do I bear good fruit 
May it never be rotten
My friends and family could reject me
Oh, my Lord, 
But by your grace
Your child You have not forgotten

Yesterday I sinned 
Today I did too
If I live to see tomorrow 
My premeditated sins will come true
Oh, sanctification, I wish to see
Maybe sooner than later
If the Holy Spirit is with me
I have the blood of Jesus and God's favor
He will never leave me nor forsake me
May the truth be spread
Beware of false teachers
Who tend to tickle your ears 
My friend you have been misled
Tonight I meditate upon His word
Alone in my room
Is this a glimpse of peace? 
Or another reminder of inevitable doom
